I've got so many stories and ideas to share with you all. If you've ever wanted to 'get up and go', you can listen to me as I've already 'got up and gone' - to Africa, Pakistan, The Ukraine/Russia, Costa Rica, China and India - all after the age of 55. My message is one of hope as I've proven regardless of age or past tragedies, one can "Get a Life" and enjoy it!
