Joy is feeling the Truth, not just intellectual knowing. Joy is of the Soul
and can be fed by the mind's dwelling on Truth.
Let Joy possess your body, mind and Spirit to lift you above the vibrations
of dis-ease.
Joy is high-noon, full Light. Darkness cannot appear at noon - an
impossibility.
Singing can lift one into Joy, getting the mind off self and into Joy's
rhythm. The great waltzes in three-quarter time certainly lift you off your
feet!
Joy is a kite with no one holding the string...blown by the guide winds of
spirit.
